The most useful messages tell us about a setting that has moved or been renamed. If you can, include the app, whether you were on a phone or the website, your country, and what the menu says now. Settings vary by region, so that detail helps us word the checklist for more people.
We're also glad to hear about mistakes in a guide (please point to the sentence) and ideas for new guides.
We can't help recover hacked accounts or contact a platform on your behalf. For that, use the platform's own help center, which is the only safe route. Be wary of anyone who offers to recover an account for a fee.
